Tromox, a Taiwanese manufacturer specializing in the development of lightweight electric two-wheelers, has just unveiled its new mini electric motorcycle at the 19th China International Motorcycle Exhibition (CIMA Motor).

The Ukko is also featured in several videos posted online.

It is aimed at both beginner bikers and those looking to buy an original mini electric two-wheeler for urban commuting.

More versatile than the Mino, which is limited to 60 km / h, the Tromox Ukko is equipped with a 4 kW electric motor.

Mounted in the center, it provides a top speed of 100 km / h. When accelerating, the manufacturer announces a 0 to 100 km / h acceleration in 4. 2 seconds.

Its 3. 96 kWh (72 V - 55 Ah) battery allows it to travel up to 180 kilometers in economy mode. It can be fully charged in just 1 hour.

On the bike side, the Tromox electric motorcycle gets hydraulic brakes, 1280mm discs, chain drive, upside-down hydraulic forks at the front and central suspension at the rear.

It comes with two tubeless tires of 100/80-13 at the front and 120/70-13 at the rear.

Weighing only 68 kg, the new Tromox vehicle can carry a maximum load of 170 kg.

Tromox wants to sell the Ukko in the United States from 2022.
