Austrian company Horwin has unveiled two electric motorcycles, the CR6 and CR6 Pro. Both bikes are sold on the European market.
Fun fact, the Horwin CR6 Pro comes with a five-speed gearbox. The electric motor delivers consistent torque from the lowest rpms, which is why many e-bikes do not come with a gearbox (like Zero or Livewire motorcycles).
Horwin's engineers decided to take a different route to create the effect of a more traditional bike.
Horwin CR6 is equipped with a 10-horsepower motor with a torque of 295 Nm. Horwin CR6 Pro - 14-horsepower engine with 302 Nm torque. The numbers seem a bit overpriced, as it takes six seconds to accelerate to 60 km / h.
For example, Zero give a more realistic estimate of the torque - they have 105 Nm. At the same time, a much more vigorous acceleration dynamics.
